Het huis staat midden in een tropische aangelegde tuin met palmbomen Vanuit de living kom je via de schuifpuien op het overdekte terras met prachtig uitzicht op de oude stad van Ibiza. Naast het zwembad gelegen vind je de buitenkeuken met lange stenen eettafel voor 14 personen. Vanuit alle slaapkamers heb je uitzicht op de zee en de oude stad, dit geeft ook s’nacht een romatisch gevoel met de vele lichtjes The master bedroom in het huis is boven en heeft een prive terras met lounge bank Dan zijn er nog drie slaapkamers met dubbele bedden.
