Remember when Governments and councils across Europe and America were caught out by unexpected snow and icy cold weather last year? Airports closed, football stadium roofs collapsed and everybody got to stay at home and work via the internet.

Well thanks to good planning and forethought by the politicians of Ibiza's Island Council, that's a situation that will never happen here as a new snow plough has just arrived from Barcelona for use on the San Antonio to Ibiza highway.
